Apply duck fat spray as a binder and season the turkey breast with Meat Church Holy Gospel rub. Smoke the turkey breast at 275°F, using Bear Mountain BBQ Bold pellets/chips for smoke, until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. Remove the turkey breast and cube it. Add more Meat Church Holy Gospel rub, butter, and Best Damn BBQ Sauce West Coast Tang to the cubed turkey, tossing to coat.
