In a bowl, mix peanut butter and honey until smooth. Stir in protein powder, oats, flaxseed, vanilla, and (implied) salt. Fold in M&Ms. If mixture feels dry, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time until it holds together. Roll into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate 30 minutes to firm up.
