1. Season the Dungeness crab with Chef Greg Mueller Four Letter Rub. 2. Place the seasoned crab on the grill at 350°F (using a Recteq grill is suggested) for about 25-30 minutes, as it's primarily for warming up. 3. During the crab's cooking, brush it with a butter mixture containing garlic and herbs. 4. Towards the end of the crab's cooking, increase the grill temperature to 450°F. 5. Sear the Chuck Eye Steak on GrillGrates at this higher temperature until desired doneness is reached.View original recipe
