tsp baking soda

tsp baking powder

cup strawberries

tsp kosher salt

oz cream cheese

cup sugar

cup flour

tsp vanilla extract

cup buttermilk

cup butter
Instructions
Preheat your grill or oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 inch pan. In one bowl, mix the wet ingredients (butter, sugar, cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla extract). In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, and Kosher salt). Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together. Next, add the buttermilk and diced strawberries, mixing thoroughly. Pour the batter into your greased pan. Put the pan on the grill (or in the oven) and bake at 350°F for about 50 minutes.
