What you need

tbsp soy sauce

tsp ginger

lb beef cubes

tbsp lime juice

tbsp brown sugar

tbsp honey
tbsp fresh garlic

tbsp worcestershire sauce

bunch veggie mix
Instructions
Combine soy sauce, W sauce, honey, ginger, minced garlic, lime juice, and brown sugar to create the sticky sauce/marinade. Marinade 1 lb cubed beef in this mixture overnight or for 10 minutes using a vacuum marination setting. Empty the beef and sauce into a pan and cook until the beef is about 90% done. Remove the beef from the pan. Add your choice of chopped vegetables into the leftover sauce in the pan and cook until tender. Finally, add the cooked Udon noodles and the cooked beef back into the pan with the vegetables and sauce, then toss everything together to combine.View original recipe
