Stuff your shells, I found it easiest to "dig" the shell into the meat from both sides. Wrap in Bacon & go in the fridge over. It helps soften the manicotti. Spray with duck fat spray & season with Rack City BBQ seasoning. Cook at 300° for 1 hour, then baste with West Coast Tang BBQ sauce and cook another 10-15 minutes.
