For the Sausage Balls: Combine ground breakfast sausage, egg, smoked cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, baking powder, and BBQ rub in a large bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Form the mixture into small, golf-ball sized spheres. Cook the sausage balls at 350°F (175°C) on the grill for about 30 minutes, or in the oven for about 20 minutes, until browned and cooked through. For the Honey Mustard Sauce: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, and rosemary pepper honey until smooth and well combined.
