What you need

tsp ground cardamom

cup brown sugar

tsp salt

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp butter

cup milk

oz pumpkin

cup bread

cup maple syrup

tsp ground ginger

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
Pudding Steps: 1. In a bowl, whisk together milk, brown sugar, maple syrup, eggs, pumpkin, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, and salt until well blended. 2. Pour the mixture over the bread and mix to combine, making sure there are no dry pieces remaining. 3. Pour the bread into a baking dish, arranging evenly in the pan. Pour any leftover custard over the top. 4. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, or in the refrigerator overnight. 5. When ready to bake, preheat your grill (e.g., Traegergrills with Bear Mountain BBQ Pecan Pellets) to 350°F. 6. Remove plastic wrap and bake for 35-45 minutes. Brown Butter Sauce Steps: 1. In a small saucepan, whisk together butter, sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt over low heat until the butter is melted and the sugar has dissolved. 2. Whisk together half and half (HWC) and egg in a separate bowl. 3. Slowly pour the half and half and egg mixture into the saucepan, whisking continuously. 4.
