1. Heat the smoker (or oven) to 350°F. 2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients. 3. Pour the mixture into a greased pan (an aluminum half pan 12x9 or a 12" cast iron pan works well) and dust with more rub if desired. 4. Place in the preheated smoker or oven and cook for 35-45 minutes, or until the pudding has risen and is cooked through. 5. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.View original recipe
