Instructions
For the Smoked & Braised Beef Short Ribs: 1. Season beef short ribs generously with Coffee Junkie seasoning. 2. Preheat your smoker to 225°F. Smoke the seasoned short ribs using Knottywood BBQ "Secret Blend" smoking wood for 2.5 hours. 3. Prepare a braising bath: In an oven-safe dish, combine beef broth, wine, and chopped onion. 4. Transfer the smoked short ribs to the braising bath. 5. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 325°F and braise for approximately 2 hours, or until the internal temperature of the ribs reaches 202°F and they are tender. For the Dill Garlic Mashed Cauliflower: 1. Steam or boil a head of cauliflower until very tender. 2. Drain the cauliflower well and transfer to a bowl. 3. Add butter, a generous amount of fresh chopped dill, heavy whipping cream, and Grillhead's Supply OMG seasoning. 4. Mash until smooth or to desired consistency.View original recipe
