cup light corn syrup

tbsp vanilla extract

tbsp table salt

cup sugar

cup pecan halves

cup bourbon

cup butter
Instructions
Combine the butter, sugar, corn syrup, salt, and vanilla in a bowl. Beat the eggs until very light, then add to the corn syrup mixture. Pour into the pie shell. Arrange the pecan halves on top. Bake on the smoker (or in an oven) at 350° for 45-60 minutes or until the filling is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.View original recipe
