Season salmon with @cookinwithswiss Henhouse Rub. While the salmon is dry brining, prepare the sauce by combining ½ cup BBQ sauce, 1 tablespoon honey (inferred from 'boney'), and 2 tablespoons @bearandburtons Everyday Hot Sauce. Place the salmon on the @smokintex with Cheery Chunks from @bearmountainbbq and smoke at 250°F until the internal temperature reaches 140°F.
