What you need

cup chicken broth

box cornbread mix

tsp dried sage

clove garlic clove

fl oz duck fat

cup butter

lb pork sausage

tsp black pepper

tbsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown sausage in a skillet; remove and set aside. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onion, celery, and garlic until soft. In a large bowl, combine crumbled cornbread (prepared per box instructions, or use the GF sub ingredients with same method), sausage, sautéed veggies, poultry seasoning, dried sage, black pepper, chicken broth, W Sauce and beaten eggs. Mix gently until moist but not soupy. Transfer to a greased baking dish, cover with foil, and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and set.
