Instructions
First, prepare your brisket sausage link by slicing it into appropriate sizes for pig shots, then wrap each piece with bacon. In a bowl, mix together one block of cream cheese, sharp cheddar, your favorite BBQ rub, and hot sauce until well combined. Transfer this mixture into a zip-lock bag for easy piping. Pipe the cream cheese mixture onto the prepared bacon-wrapped brisket sausage pieces. Place the assembled pig shots on a grill preheated to 375°F (190°C). Grill until the bacon is cooked to your desired crispness. Once cooked, remove from the grill and immediately top each pig shot with a slice of pickle or pickled jalapeño.View original recipe
