Preheat the smoker to 300 degrees F. Cut a small channel out of the top-middle of the tail using kitchen shears. Using your fingers, work the lobster meat up and through the channel. Season with Bowtie Seasoning aka Lemon Pepper Spice. Place the lobster on the smoker and smoke for about 15-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 130-140° F. Brush with melted De Jonghe Butter every 5 or so minutes - this stuff is crazy delicious! Remove from the smoker and enjoy with remaining melted butter!View original recipe
