"Marry Me" Salmon Pasta

What you need
cup sweet onion

tbsp cilantro

cup spinach leaves

tsp salt & pepper

clove garlic clove

tbsp avocado oil

cup dry white wine

tbsp italian herb mix

tbsp roasted garlic
Instructions
Pan-Seared Salmon: 1. The fillets should be skinless (if not, cook skin side down to help removal of skin). 2. Heat the skillet with oil on medium-high heat and add the salmon fillets. Cook for 5 minutes on each side. Once cooked, set the fillets aside. Creamy Tuscan Sauce: 1. In the same pan, add butter and heat to medium. 2. Add the garlic, cook for 1-2 minutes. 3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, cook 1-2 minutes. 4. Add the Heavy Whipping Cream, let come to a gentle boil while stirring. 5. Add spices and salt and pepper. 6. Add white wine and reduce slightly, stirring occasionally. 7. Add spinach and let it wilt down. 8. Mix in cooked pasta. 9. Reduce heat to a simmer, add in the parmesan cheese. 10. Add the salmon fillets into the mixture for 2 minutes & garnish. 11. Serve immediately.View original recipe
