1. Thaw pork belly if frozen. 2. Season the pork belly generously with BBQ seasoning. 3. Fire up the grill to 350°F (175°C) for indirect heat. 4. Add Cherry Wood to the grill for smoke. 5. Cook the pork belly on the grill for 1.5 to 2 hours. 6. Remove the pork belly from the grill and place it in a pan. 7. Add brown sugar, enough BBQ sauce to coat, and more BBQ rub to the pan with the pork belly, tossing to coat. 8. Place the pan back on the grill for another 30 minutes to allow the sauce to tack up. 9. Cool for 5 minutes before serving and enjoying.View original recipe
