What you need

head onion

cup cheddar cheese

tbsp worcestershire sauce

cup cream

lb ground beef

cup beef broth

tbsp dry seasoning rub

tbsp tomato paste
Instructions
Cook beef, bacon, and onions over medium-high heat until the beef has browned, then stir in tomato paste. Add in beef broth, W sauce, and rub. Then, increase the heat to high. Once it starts boiling, add in the macaroni. Reduce the heat to a high simmer. I ended up cooking mine over medium heat. Let it cook uncovered until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir it every couple of minutes. Take the pot off the heat and stir in the cheese. Season with salt & pepper as needed. Let it sit for a couple of minutes prior to serving to soak up the sauce and flavors.View original recipe
