Grilled Potato Wedges

Grilled Potato Wedges 🥔 •Set grill to 400°F •Slice potatoes in half and then into wedge-shapes Put raw wedges in a large bowl of cold water. Leave to soak for 10 minutes. Pat down to dry •Put them in a bag with @fresh_vintage_farms Almond Oil & @whitebullsbbq Bird Gang •Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning every few minutes Cook until potato skin has turned crispy and golden brown •Remove from grill, top with parmesean cheese, and serve immediately
