fl oz korean bbq sauce

tbsp soy sauce

lb ground beef

fl oz mayo

bunch fresh cilantro
cup Organic Carrot

tbsp red wine vinegar

Instructions
For the Sliders: Combine 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb ground pork, 2 tbsp beef rub, and ¼ cup Korean BBQ Marinade. Marinate the mixture for 2 hours. After marinating, add ¼ cup bread crumbs and mix well. Form the mixture into slider-sized meatballs or patties. For the Asian Slaw: In a separate bowl, combine ½ sliced English cucumber, ¼ cup julienned carrots, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp sesame seeds, and 1 tbsp honey BBQ rub. Mix thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Cook the prepared meatballs/patties at 275°F (135°C) for approximately 45 minutes. After this initial cooking, glaze them with additional Korean BBQ Sauce and continue cooking for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches over 155°F (68°C).
