Rub the ham with Mesquite rub, then dust with Championship & Honey BBQ seasoning. Smoke the ham at 275°F until the internal temperature reaches 140°F. While the ham smokes, prepare the glaze by combining Orange Marmalade, Lemon Juice, Bourbon, Honey, Dijon Mustard, Ginger, and Cardamom. Once the ham reaches 140°F, pour the homemade glaze over it and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve immediately.View original recipe
