What you need

cup chicken broth

oz cream cheese

tsp salt & pepper

tbsp ranch salad dressing

slice bacon

cup sour cream
cup chicken breast
Instructions
Preheat the grill or oven to 375 degrees. Slice spaghetti squash lengthwise down the middle. Discard the seeds. Then grab a rimmed pan and place the squash cut side down. Directly on the grill for 45-50 minutes until fork tender. While the squash is cooking, grab a pan to cook your bacon. In the same skillet, add the chicken and season to taste. Remove chicken and add broth and bring to a simmer. Once it is simmering, add in the sour cream and cream cheese. Mix until it is fully melted. Add in the ranch seasoning, and stir well. Once the squash is done, remove and use a fork to scrape out the flesh, making it into noodles. Combine all things into a bowl and mix. Then, back in the "flesh" or casserole dish and top with cheese and back on the grill for 15 min. Cool and enjoy!View original recipe
