Chopped McRib Party Sliders

These party sliders use leftover ribs, chopped and sauced, then piled onto potato rolls with smoked Havarti, pickles, and red onion. Briefly heated on a smoker/grill to melt the cheese and infuse a smoky flavor.

Instructions
1. Chop up leftover ribs into small pieces. 2. Sauce the chopped ribs generously with your preferred BBQ sauce (like West Coast Tang). 3. Assemble the sliders: Place the sauced chopped ribs onto Potato Party Rolls. 4. Top the ribs with slices of Smoked Havarti cheese, pickles, and red onion. 5. Place the assembled sliders on a smoker or grill (e.g., Kamado Joe Pellet Joe) preheated to 350°F (175°C). 6.
