tsp salt

fl oz avocado oil

oz cheese

head lettuce

cup sour cream

tbsp dried dill

tbsp ground cumin
tbsp chipotle puree

tsp garlic powder
gal bone broth

cup buttermilk

cup mayonnaise

tsp chili powder

Instructions
Cube up your remaining third of pork loin. Marinade the pork with avocado oil, Mexican BBQ Rub, and the juice of two limes for at least 1 hour in the fridge. While the pork is marinating, make your rice, swapping the water for chicken bone broth. Chop your desired veggies, such as lettuce, tomato, and onion. Grate cheese. Prepare the Chipotle Ranch by combining ½ c mayonnaise, ½ c sour cream, ½ c buttermilk, 2 tbsp Hidden Valley Powder, 1 tbsp dried dill, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp apple cider vinegar, salt & pepper to taste, 1 tbsp Chipotle Puree, 1 tbsp Cumin, and 1 tbsp Chili Powder. Once everything is prepped, assemble your bowls with the rice, marinated pork, chopped veggies, grated cheese, and a generous drizzle of the homemade Chipotle Ranch. For some added crunch, finish off with some Hot n Spicy Love Corn snacks.View original recipe
