Grilled chicken breast seasoned with BBQ rub and duck fat spray, shredded, and then cooked in a pan with additional rub, homemade taco spice, and sea salt & lime seasoning. Served on low-carb tortillas with Mexican blend cheese, Yellowbird sauce, queso-flavored pork rinds, and jalapeños.

Instructions
Grill chicken breast with duck fat spray and BBQ rub until cooked through. Once cooked, shred the chicken. In a pan, combine the shredded chicken with more BBQ rub, homemade taco spice, and Sea Salt & Lime seasoning. Cook this mixture, allowing it to reduce and the flavors to mellow out. Assemble your tacos using low carb tortillas, the seasoned chicken, Mexican blend cheese, and Yellowbird sauce.
