What you need

clove garlic clove

tsp turmeric powder

tsp chili powder

tbsp fresh ginger

cup heavy cream

fl oz tomato sauce

tbsp lemon juice

tbsp butter

tsp ground cumin

tsp garam masala

tbsp seasoning mix
Instructions
1. To prepare the chicken marinade, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, garam masala, chilli powder, ground cumin, freshly grated ginger, and crushed garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken (thighs or breast) to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 2. Heat a pan and pour the contents of the marinated chicken into it. Cook until the chicken starts to turn white. 3. Add 4 tablespoons of butter, 16 ounces of tomato sauce, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 2 tablespoons of Hen House seasoning to the pan. 4.
