Season the brisket trim generously with Big Sexy BBQ SexySada rub. Preheat your Kamado Joe Pellet Joe smoker to 250°F, using Bear Mountain BBQ Chef's Choice pellets. Place the seasoned brisket trim in the smoker. After some time, wrap the brisket trim with beef tallow and continue smoking until it becomes tender. Once tender, shred or slice the brisket trim and serve in tacos, optionally topped with Melinda's Foods Green Sauce.View original recipe
