What you need

tsp salt

bunch fresh parsley
cup mushrooms
cup merlot

cup beef broth

tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp worcestershire sauce

cup beef brisket

tbsp tomato paste

oz sour cream

cup onion

tbsp garlic
Instructions
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until softened. Add the tomato paste and brown (2-3 minutes). Add wine, beef broth, and w sauce to the pan. Scrape up any bits stuck to the pan. Increase the heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer for 8-10 minutes. Mix in brisket and let sit for 5 min. Then add sour cream. Stir to combine. Continue to cook on low heat for five minutes. Pour the sauce over cooked egg noodles and top with chopped parsley.
