For each Burger Bomb: Open a biscuit and add 2 tbsp of ground beef, 1 tbsp of bacon, and diced monterrey cheese inside. Wrap the biscuit around the filling to form a bomb. For the Burger Sauce: In a separate bowl, mix together 2 tbsp of Blue Plate Mayo, 1 tbsp of Ketchup, 1 tbsp of Bear & Burton's W Sauce, and 1 tsp of hot sauce. Brush the assembled burger bombs with egg wash and top with sesame seeds. Cook at 325°F (160°C) on a smoker or in an oven for 20 minutes.View original recipe
