A protein-filled 3 Bean TX Casserole perfect for family gatherings and celebrations like the 4th of July or National Grilling Month. This hearty dish combines red, black, and pinto beans with sausage, beef rib, fire-roasted tomatoes, and is topped with cheese and cornbread.

What you need

tbsp worcestershire sauce

cup white onion

cup black beans

cup red beans

cup pinto beans

tbsp hot sauce

box cornbread

clove garlic clove
tbsp rub

tbsp bbq sauce
Instructions
1. Soak beans for at least 3 hours or overnight if possible. Then boil for 1.5-2 hours or until tender. 2. Sauté Onion & Sausage. 3. Combine beans, ¼ cup bean juice and everything else listed above, then pour into Cast Iron dish. 4. Layer cheese and corn bread on top. 5. Bake in the grill or oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes. 6.
