can Crushed Tomatoes

can tomato paste

yellow onion

slice bacon

lb beef broth

green bell pepper

tbsp chili seasoning mix

lb venison

lb beef
Instructions
Smoke the meat (chuck roast) with Plum & Almond wood at 250°F until the "meat dome" reaches 160°F. Crumble the smoked meat along with the smoked tomatoes. Mix it back in with a cup of beef broth and continue cooking for another hour before serving.View original recipe
