Recipe ⤵️ Inspired by @chefjohnpannell the king of "late night munchies" • 1 cup cream cheese (softened) • 6 tbsp butter (softened) • 3/4 cup @lakanto Monkfruit Classic • 6 eggs • 1/3 cup grilled lemon juice • 2 1/2 cup almond flour • 1/2 cup coconut flour • 1 tbsp baking powder • 2 tsp lemon zest Mix the cream cheese, butter, and Lakanto until smooth. Add the eggs, lemon juice, flours, baking powder, and lemon zest. The batter will be thick. Put in prepared load pan. 350° for about 60-70 min (checked after 40 min to make sure the top isn't getting to dark - if it is put foil over top). Done with it feels firm to touch! Rest at least 10 min before eating!
