Prepare your Recteq grill with GrillGrates (flat side up) and Knottywood BBQ pellets. Spray the Wagyu burgers with duck fat spray and season generously with Tailgaters BBQ Party Rub. Grill the burgers on the Recteq until desired doneness, ensuring a good crust. While burgers are grilling, cook bacon until crispy. Once burgers are almost done, top each with a slice of smoked Havarti and smoked cheddar cheese, allowing it to melt. Assemble the burgers on Sola bread (or hamburger buns if available) with Blue Plate Mayo, mustard, Dat Ketchup, pickles, and the cooked bacon.
