1. To prepare the chicken marinade, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, garam masala, chilli powder, ground cumin, freshly grated ginger, and crushed garlic in a bowl. Add the chicken (thighs or breast) to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. 2. Heat a pan and pour the contents of the marinated chicken into it. Cook until the chicken starts to turn white. 3. Add 4 tablespoons of butter, 16 ounces of tomato sauce, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 2 tablespoons of Hen House seasoning to the pan. 4. Cook with a lid on over medium heat for an additional 5-10 minutes. 5. Serve hot over Basmati Rice with Naan.
