Marinate dove breast in leftover pickle juice for 4-12 hours; any longer, and the meat will start to break down too much. Prepare a dredging station with flour, an egg wash, and Meat Church Breading seasoned with Holy Cow. Dredge the marinated dove breast pieces through the flour, then the egg wash, and finally coat generously with the seasoned breading. Fry the breaded dove nuggets at 350°F until golden brown. Serve with your desired sauce; white gravy and ketchup were used for the kiddos.
