Smoked Chicken King Ranch Casserole - Texas Comfort Food 🔥 Ingredients 1 whole chicken smoked & shredded 1 dozen corn tortillas cut in strips 1 white onion chopped 1 bell peppers chopped 2 cups Colby Jack Cheese shredded 🔥 Sauce Recipe (blend all together) 1 can cream of chicken 1 can mushroom soup 1 can tomatoes & chilles ½ can worth of chicken broth 3 tbsp your favorite taco spice - I used @whitebullsbbq Taco Uppercut 🔥 In a buttered dish, later chicken, tortilla strips, onions & peppers, cheese, and sauce.
