Season the chicken with BBQ Rubdown Good Ol Texas and Recteq BBQDadJody Jody's Asian Persuasion. Cook the chicken until done, then dice it. Cook the stir-fry mix in a pan with duck fat spray and butter. Scramble an egg separately and add it to the stir-fry. Add the diced chicken to the stir-fry. Finish the dish with Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions.
