1. Air dry the chicken wings overnight. 2. Spray the dried wings with duck fat spray and season generously with OMG (Buttery Garlic Blend). 3. Preheat your grill to 350°F (using almond wood if desired). 4. Place the wings on the grill and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 170°F. 5. While the wings are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing butter, crushed garlic, and parmesan. 6. Once the wings hit 170°F, lather them thoroughly with the butter, crushed garlic, and parmesan mixture. 7. Continue grilling until the wings reach an internal temperature of 180°F to ensure crispy skin, then remove from heat and serve.
