Chicken Flautas with Lime Creama

Taking a break from #tacotuesday today! Grilled some skinless chicken thighs with @txqrubs 210 Fajita Rub, shredded and mixed in Monterey Jack Cheese. Rolled the mixture in @cutdacarb, brushed with EVOO, then air fried until crispy and topped with Lime Creama and @yellowbirdsauce Verde.

1. Grill skinless chicken thighs seasoned with @txqrubs 210 Fajita Rub at 400° using @knottywoodbbq Plum/Almond for smoke. 2. Once cooked, shred the chicken and mix it with Monterey Jack Cheese. 3. Take @cutdacarb slices/wraps, cut them as needed, and fill them with the chicken and cheese mixture. 4. Roll them up tightly, ensuring the seam is down. 5. Brush Extra Virgin Olive Oil on top of each rolled flauta. 6. Place the flautas seam-down in an air fryer. 7. Air fry at 350° for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. 8. Serve hot, topped with Lime Creama and @yellowbirdsauce Verde.
