Cook Carbe Diem Rotini in well-salted water until al dente. Drain. In the same pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pepperoni and cook until edges crisp. Add jalapeños and cook 30–60 seconds to soften. Stir in marinara sauce, cream then add cooked pasta. Reduce heat, add mozzarella, and stir until melty and saucy. Finish with parmesan and plenty of fresh cracked black pepper.
