In a blender, mix 3 eggs, ½ cup Milk, ½ cup Flour, 1 tablespoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon sugar, and ½ tablespoon salt. Preheat oven to 425°F with a muffin pan inside. Toss in ½ tablespoon butter in each well of the hot muffin pan to melt, then add the mixture to each well. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup, or your favorite toppings.
