1. Wrap the scallops and shrimp with No Sugar Bacon. Spray the wrapped seafood with duck fat spray. 2. Season the bacon-wrapped scallops and shrimp with Grillheads Supply OMG seasoning and Meat Church The Gospel seasoning. 3. Grill the corn on the cob. Season the corn with Grillheads Supply OMG seasoning and Hardcore Carnivore Meat Chelada. 4. Cook all items on a pellet grill/smoker, using Knotty Wood BBQ 50/50 Almond/Plum wood for flavor. 5.
