Prepare your turkey breast by seasoning it with Pork & Poultry Rub. Place the turkey breast in a smoker or oven set to 300°F. Cook until the internal temperature (IT) reaches 145°F. Once at 145°F IT, remove the turkey, wrap it with foil, and add 3 pats of butter inside the foil. Return the wrapped turkey to the grill/smoker/oven and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 155°F. Pull the turkey from the heat. The residual heat (carryover cooking) will naturally raise the internal temperature past 165°F without drying it out.
