Add whatever fruit you have that is about to turn into a blender/food processor (at least 1 cup). Add 2 tbsp honey and juice from 1 lemon. Blend till smooth & lay on parchment or any non-stick mat. Into a dehydrator, I use my @excaliburdehydrator at 115° for about 6-8 hours or until it's pliable but not brittle. OVEN TIP - Go as low as your oven can go. Mine is old, its lowest is 170° (3 hours roughly), so time will be shorter. Put the tray on the top rack so as not to cook too fast. Let cool and use a pizza cutter to cut into strips.
