In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until softened. Add the tomato paste and brown (2-3 minutes). Add wine, beef broth, and w sauce to the pan. Scrape up any bits stuck to the pan. Increase the heat and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer for 8-10 minutes. Mix in brisket and let sit for 5 min. Then add sour cream. Stir to combine. Continue to cook on low heat for five minutes. Pour the sauce over cooked egg noodles and top with chopped parsley. ENJOY!
