A quick and easy, low-carb chicken piccata recipe cooked indoors, featuring pan-fried chicken breast coated in almond flour and parmesan, finished with a flavorful lemon, caper, shallot, and garlic sauce.

Season the split chicken breast with BBQ rub. Coat the chicken breast with almond flour and fresh grated Parmesan cheese. Cook the coated chicken until done, then remove from pan and set aside. In the same pan, add butter, chicken bone broth, chopped shallots, minced garlic, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a simmer and reduce the sauce until slightly thickened. Return the cooked chicken to the pan to finish warming through in the sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
