1. Cut the pork belly into smaller than traditional 1-inch cubes (for 'legit bites'). 2. Cook the pork belly at 250° for 3 hours. 3. After 3 hours, toss and sauce the cooked pork belly with more BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and butter. 4. Return the sauced pork belly to the grill, covered in foil, for an additional 1.5 hours.
