Marinade the ribeye for 24 hours using BBQ Dripez, Cookinwithswiss Ranch House Beef Seasoning, Bear & Burton's W Sauce, Fyrstarter Tiki Tiki BBQ & BLK Hot Sauce, and Brown Sugar. Place the marinated ribeye on a smoker (e.g., Smokintex) at 150°F with Hickory Chips for about 4-6 hours, or until it bends but doesn't break. After smoking, rest the jerky open air for 2 hours or overnight in a paper bag to let it completely dry. Store the finished jerky in the fridge in an airtight container or vacuum seal/freeze for later.
