1. Brine the chicken wings in pickle juice for approximately 20 hours. 2. Smoke the brined wings. 3. After smoking, air-fry the wings until crispy. 4. For half of the wings: Season with salt and pepper, then toss in Nashville Hot Sauce after air-frying. 5. For the other half of the wings: Toss in BBQ Mojo Sauce after air-frying. Serve immediately.
