1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped brisket, 1 cup ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoons of Coldens Freakin Greek seasoning. Mix well to create the filling. 2. Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. 3. Spread a layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of a grill-safe baking dish. 4. Stuff each cooked jumbo shell with the brisket and cheese filling. 5. Arrange the stuffed shells in the prepared baking dish. 6. Top the shells with additional pasta sauce, dollops of ricotta, and sprinkles of parmesan and mozzarella cheese. 7. Preheat your grill to 400°F (200°C). 8. Place the baking dish on the grill and cook for about 40 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the dish is heated through. 9. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
